Conference fees include coffee breaks and lunch on Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th, Friday 5th and Saturday 6th July, access to the Round Table event on Wednesday 6th, as well as a variety of social events:

• doctoral evening on Wednesday 3rd (doctoral students only, limited availability, first come, first served)
• cocktail reception on Thursday 4th
• guided tours of Montpellier (Thursday 4th or Saturday 6th, limited availability, first come, first served)

Other optional events include:

- conference dinner at Château de Flaugergues on Friday 5th evening (39,6€ incl VAT, including transportation to and from the Château, apéritif, 3-course dinner, soft drinks and local wine. Limited availability, first come, first served).

- Excursion to Aigues-Mortes or St Guilhem-le-Désert (limited availability, first come, first served) on Saturday 6th afternoon. The offer includes lunch, transportation and tour guide. 44€ incl VAT.

The conference fees for the EuroSLA33 conference are as follows (incl VAT):

Early bird fees (registration between the 15th of March and the 15th of April 2024)

Early bird researcher: 275€ (including 50€ for EuroSLA membership)

Early bird doctoral student: 176€ (including 30€ for EuroSLA membership)

Early bird retired researcher: 198€ (including 50€ for EuroSLA membership)

 

Full fare fees (registration from the 16th of April to the 31st of May 2024)

Full fare researcher: 335.5€ (including 50€ for EuroSLA membership)

Full fare doctoral student: 223.3€ (including 30€ for EuroSLA membership)

Full fare retired researcher: 245.3€ (including 50€ for EuroSLA membership)
